Click the 'Check Coverage' button to check your eligibility for my insurance-covered care through The Lactation Network if you have the following insurance plans: Anthem PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, VA OptumEast, Premera, Regence, UnitedHealthcare PPO and HMO, UMR, Oxford, or a plan that includes MultiPlan or PNOA on your insurance card. If you have a health insurance that is not listed, please reach out to get more information on how you can attempt re-imbursement from your health insurance for a lactation consult.
Prenatal Consult (Home)
A prenatal consult will help equip expecting parents with the knowledge they need to help them succeed with breastfeeding. Discussing evidence-based health benefits of breastfeeding, techniques for latching, different nursing positions and baby behavior will help the parents get a better idea of what to expect after the baby comes!
Initial Breastfeeding Consult (Home)
A breastfeeding consultation will help with any breastfeeding concerns or issues you have. A full feeding assessment including health history, breastfeeding observation, and assistance with positioning/latching will be completed. An individualized care plan will be made to help you reach your breastfeeding goals.
Follow-up Breastfeeding Consult (Home)
Follow-ups are scheduled as needed for any ongoing or new breastfeeding issues, after an initial consultation has been completed. Feeding assessment will be completed and a revised personal plan of care will be made.
Pumping Consult (Home)
Pumping consultations are helpful for pumping mothers that would like tips on increasing their milk output. Proper usage of breast pump along with flange fitting are included. A personalized care plan will be made to help you reach your pumping goals.
Prenatal Consult (Virtual)
A virtual prenatal consultation will help equip expecting parents with the knowledge they need to help them succeed with breastfeeding. Discussing evidence-based health benefits of breastfeeding, techniques for latching, different nursing positions and baby behavior will help the parents get a better idea of what to expect after the baby comes!

Pumping Consult (Virtual)
Virtual pumping consultations are helpful for pumping mothers that would like tips on increasing their milk output. Explaining usage of pump and tips to keep milk supply up will be given. A personalized care plan will be made to help you reach your pumping goals.
